The scientific purpose of this study is to investigate the stages of American cultural influence and domination over Iran from the coup d'etat of August 19 to the victory of the Islamic Revolution. In the years after World War I, until Reza Shah came to power, the eyes of many Iranian officials were fixed on the United States, while American cultural activities in Iran were more or less continuous. After World War II, American cultural influence and domination manifested itself on a large scale in the foreign policy of the Middle East, especially Iran. In fact, Americans after World War II believed that investing in education was an important source of production that could pave the way for economic growth and reconstruction. The establishment and strengthening of institutions active in the global arena, such as the United States Agency for International Development, the Marshall Plan, the Peace Corps, Principle Four, the Fulbright Commission, etc., all provided extensive programs to transform the educational and administrative structure. The present study serves as an explanation of the historical issues of the stages of US influence and domination in Iran and it is important to better understand the roots of the hostility between Iran and the United States. Therefore, the study of the stages of American influence and domination over Iran from the coup d'etat of August 19, 1943 to the victory of the Islamic Revolution, which in the practical dimension helps to analyze the current and low-level relations between Iran and the United States}, keywords = {cultural influence,public diplomacy,Cultural Domination,Coup of 19 August 1953}, title_fa = {مناسبات فرهنگی عامل نفوذ آمریکا در ایران}, abstract_fa = {ایران همواره سهم عمده‌ای در برنامه‌های اقتصادی و فرهنگی سیاست خارجی آمریکا داشته است که می‌تواند به دلایل همسایگی ایران با شوروی، وجود منابع عظیم نفتی، موقعیت استراتژیک خاص در خاورمیانه و خلیج فارس و عوامل دیگر باشد. هدف علمی این پژوهش، بررسی مراحل نفوذ و سلطه فرهنگی آمریکا بر ایران از کودتای 28 مرداد تا پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی است. در سال‌های پس از جنگ جهانی اول تا به قدرت رسیدن رضاشاه، چشم بسیاری از دولتمردان ایرانی با آمریکا دوخته شده بود و این درحالی بود که در آن زمان فعالیت‌های فرهنگی آمریکا در ایران کمابیش تداوم داشت. بعد از جنگ جهانی دوم نفوذ و سلطه فرهنگی آمریکا در ابعاد وسیع و گسترده‌ای در سیاست خارجی منطقه خاورمیانه و به‌خصوص ایران نمایان گشت. در واقع آمریکایی‌ها پس از جنگ جهانی دوم، بر این باور بودند که سرمایه‌گذاری در آموزش و پرورش منبع تولید مهمی است که می‌تواند زمینه‌های رشد اقتصادی ونوسازی را فراهم آورد. تشکیل و تقویت نهادهایی که در عرصه جهانی فعالیت داشتند، نظیر آژانس بین‌المللی توسعه‌ی آمریکا، طرح مارشال، سپاه صلح، اصل چهار، کمیسیون فولبرایت و غیره، همگی برنامه‌های وسیعی در جهت تحول ساختار آموزشی و اداری ارائه می‌کردند. پژوهش حاضر به مثابه تبیین مساله‌ای تاریخی مراحل نفوذ و سلطه ایالات متحده در ایران، برای شناخت بهتر ریشه‌های خصومت ایران و آمریکا حائز اهمیت است. لذا بررسی مراحل نفوذ و سلطه آمریکا بر ایران از کودتای 28 مرداد تا پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی است که در بعد کاربردی به واکاوی رویه های کم و کیف مناسبات کنونی ایران و ایالات متحده کمک می کند.}, keywords_fa = {نفوذ فرهنگی,دیپلماسی عمومی,سلطه فرهنگی,کودتای 28 مرداد 1332ش}, url = {https://www.roir.ir/article_138069.html}, eprint = {https://www.roir.ir/article_138069_28a7a487299a17554b29a2d36d84f461.pdf} }
