The first NATO post-Cold  War strategic concept was published at the Rome Summit in November 1991, and the second one in the Washington Summit in April 1999, which was updated on the fiftieth anniversary of the Treaty of Rome. The third strategic concept of NATO is the main theme of the present paper, and the author using the theoretical framework of the syllogism of NATO's new strategic concept, tries to answer the original question “what is the new NATO approach to political Islam over the past decade?’ Using the content analysis method and library resources tools, the main hypothesis of the paper is that "NATO's geopolitical approach to security is reflected in its military, political and social dimensions in the form of a distinction between "self" and "other" and therefore the political Islam has developed from the Islamic Revolution of Iran as a geopolitical challenge to it and has been identified as an ideological rival for the rule of NATO's liberal democratic values over the past decade, and NATO's new strategic concept seeks to control it." The findings of this article showed that the Islamic Revolution of Iran as a major political and social development with the establishment of the Islamic political system based on genuine Islamic values and Shi'ism in the age of hegemony of Western values in the world's geopolitics was able to highlight the discourse of political Islam, revival the identity of political Islam and the empowerment of political Islam at the national and international levels so many believe that the continuation of the changes that took place after the Islamic Revolution of Iran, which led to the beginning of the process of changing the balance of global geometry of power, including the growth of trends in political Islam, the wave of popular protests against Western values, Islamic awakening and ... are influenced by revolutionary spirit of the Shi'a political Islam culture.  }, keywords = {Geopolitics,NATO,Strategic New Concept,Islamic Revolution of Iran,Shi’ism and Political Islam}, title_fa = {اسلامِ سیاسی؛ چالشی ژئوپلیتیکی در روابط ایران و سازمان پیمان آتلانتیک شمالی}, abstract_fa = {از زمان شکل گیری پیمان آتلانتیک شمالی در سال 1949 تا کنون، شش مفهوم استراتژیک برای تحول در ناتو به عنوان یکی از کنشگران فعال در ژئوپلیتیک جهانی، پدید آمده است که «مشارکت فعال؛ دفاع مدرن»، سومین مفهوم استراتژیک پیمان پس از جنگ سرد است. اولین مفهوم استراتژیک ناتو پس از جنگ سرد در اجلاس رم در نوامبر 1991 منتشر و دومین، در زمان برگزاری اجلاس واشنگتن در ماه آوریل 1999، پنجاهمین سالگرد پیمان، سند رم به روز شد. سومین مفهوم نوین استراتژیک ناتو، موضوع اصلی مقاله حاضر است که نویسنده تلاش دارد با بهره بردن از چارچوب نظری سندشناسی مفهوم نوین استراتژیک ناتو، به این پرسش اصلی پاسخ دهد که رویکرد نوین ناتو برای دهه پیش رو نسبت به اسلامِ سیاسی چیست؟. با روش تحلیل محتوا و با استفاده از ابزار منابع کتابخانه ای، فرضیه اصلی مقاله عبارت است از این که «رویکرد ژئوپلیتیکی ناتو به امنیت در ابعاد نظامی، سیاسی و اجتماعی در قالب تفکیک «خود» و «دیگری» نمایان شده است و لذا اسلامِ سیاسی رشد یافته از انقلاب اسلامی ایران به عنوان چالشی ژئوپلیتیکی، رقیب ایدئولوژیک برای حاکمیت ارزش های لیبرال دموکراسی ناتو در دهه پیش رو شناسایی شده که مفهوم نوین استراتژیک ناتو سعی در مهار آن دارد». یافته های مقاله حاضر نشان داد، انقلاب اسلامی ایران به عنوان یک تحول بزرگ سیاسی واجتماعی با استقرار نظام سیاسی اسلامی مبتنی بر ارزش های اصیل اسلامی و تشیع در عصر هژمونی ارزش های غربی در ژئوپلیتیک جهانی توانست اهمیت یافتن گفتمان اسلامِ سیاسی، احیای هویت اسلامِ سیاسی و قدرت یابی اسلامِ سیاسی در سطوح ملی و بین المللی را سبب شود تا جایی که بسیاری معتقدند ادامه تحولات رخ داده در پس از انقلاب اسلامی ایران که منجر به شروع روند تغییر در توازن هندسه جهانی قدرت شده است از جمله رشد گرایش ها به اسلامِ سیاسی، موج اعتراضات مردمی بر ضد ارزش های غربی، تحولات بیداری اسلامی و ...، متاثر از روح انقلابی گری موجود در فرهنگ اسلامِ سیاسی شیعه است  }, keywords_fa = {ژئوپلیتیک,ناتو,مفهوم نوین استراتژیک,انقلاب اسلامی ایران,تشیع و اسلامِ سیاسی  }, url = {https://www.roir.ir/article_62946.html}, eprint = {https://www.roir.ir/article_62946_63240585a56093d41ae13b477a7a534b.pdf} }
