Abstract Several factors contributed to the collapse of the Soviet Union. Although the Westerns regard the collapse of the Soviet Union as a product of their actions during the Cold War years, they confiscate it in their favor, with the emphasis it can be said that the victory of the Islamic Revolution of Iran and its impact on the collapse of the Soviet Union have been the main factors behind this change.Of course, along with the role of enlightenment of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, the letter of Imam Khomeini to Gorbachev and his influence on the people, elites and Soviet leaders should not easily pass. Therefore, it is necessary to study the reflections of the Imam on Gorbachev in the Soviet Union, according to which the influence of the letter of Imam on the process of collapse of the Soviet Union is explained.This article, reviewing and analyzing Imam Khomeini's letter to Gorbachev, examines its reflections, and its impact on the elites and leaders of the Soviet Union, and its role in the process of collapse of the Soviet Union and the collapse of the bipolar system.

Abstract ترویج ارزش­های انقلاب اسلامی یکی از اهداف اساسی انقلاب و زمینه قدرت نرم آن است. این مقاله با مبنا قرار دادن دیپلماسی فرهنگی در صدد تبیین مولفه‌های آن در جهت گسترش جهانی ارزش‌های انقلاب اسلامی ایران می‌باشد. سوال اصلی پژوهش این است که انقلاب اسلامی ایران در دیپلماسی فرهنگی خود می‌خواهد چه ارزش و بینشی را با چه روش و بـرنامه‌­ای‌ توسط چه نهاد و سازمانی با کدام کنشگر و کارگزاری، در جهان گسترش بدهد؟ برای تبیین مسئله و پاسخ به این سوال از نظریه هاگر استرند استفاده و عنوان شد که ارزش‌ها و فرهنگ انقلاب اسلامی با ویژگی‌های جهان شمولی هچون عدالت خواهی، آزادی خواهی، استقلال طلبی، استکبار و ظلم ستیزی، دفاع از مظلومان و مستضعفان، و ... از طریق ابزارهای مختلف دیپلماسی فرهنگی مانند دیپلماسی: رسانه­ای، علمی، آموزشی، هنری، گردشگری، مذهبی و زبانی؛ و با استفاده از ظرفیت سازمان­ها، ارگان­ها و نهادهای مختلف متولی امر فرهنگ؛ و بهره­مندی از نیروی انسانی کارآمد؛ در صدد ایجاد نظـم نـوین جهـانی و غلبه بر فرهنگ لیبرالیستی غربی می‌باشد.

Abstract Social media and social nets have been known as considerable phenomena in recent years; regarding their abilities, usages and affects, they have been centered on, particularly after revolutionary changes of Islamic awakening in The Middle East and north of Africa rising, as some believe, by them. The paper has studied the way in which social media affected Arabic revolutions; those viewed by some to be formed and progressed by social media and called as revolutions of facebook and twitter. Regardless of the measure, and acknowledging the very affection, the paper has intended to survey manners of this affection and concluded that social media have been of deep and considerable part in developing and deepening citizens` abilities and protest movements. And again, the paper tries to study the extent to which the role players of Islamic awakening have used social media such as facebook, twitter and youtube to increase awareness of people and to order political conditions.It should be state that in the paper, the changes in Arab countries have been regarded as Islamic awakening.    

Abstract The amount of Islamic revolution's impact on the social conditions of Caspian Sea littoral states has been different due to the level of relations, common cultural and religious characteristics or barriers in way. The most important strategy of Iran from the time of collapse to 1995 was to emphasize the independence of these countries, enhance regional cooperation, expand commercial and economic cooperation, provide transit privileges, avoid tension creating actions, settle regional disputes, emphasizing the negation of domination of alien powers in the region and emphasizing peaceful solutions and strengthening mutual trust between Iran and regional states. Second phase of relations has been from 1995 up to present day while their relations with western countries, Israel, Turkey etc. have remarkably expanded and anti-Iran propaganda has increased in those countries that require more attention by officials of Islamic Republic of Iran's diplomacy which is definitely influential.  

Abstract Islamic revolution of Iran has become a starting point for Islamic awakening among Muslims throughout the world
especially middle east region which has been expressed in the current revolutions in the Arab world. These revolutions have resulted in important transformations in the geometry of power in the region in favor of an Islamic middle east and it has necessary potential to continue these changes. This article tries to restudy the Islamic revolution and its current as well as probable future results on political geography of the region.

Abstract Aimed at exploring Islamic awakening and its continuation, this article introduces characteristics of a religious revolution, its success and how it occurs. Islamic revolution of Iran and its aspirations and leadership has been studied as a comprehensive example. Finally nine methods have been introduced out of the most important methods to continue Islamic awakening.
