The second strategy is making an effective communication with revolutionary flows called the moderate action in the early months after the victory (the group of Bazargan nationalism). The third strategy is an effort to change the revolutionary system through hard war. The fourth strategy is an attempt to change through the soft war. The fifth strategy focuses on changing Iran's revolutionary behavior rather than changing the political system. The recent strategy emerged when the four previous strategies did not become operational in the short run. However, the main question of the article is that the ultimate goal of the United States in dealing with the Islamic Republic of Iran is the effective follow-up of which strategy: changing the system or changing behavior? The main hypothesis of the paper, in the context of Laclau and Mouffe’s approach to discourse analysis, is that even if in the optimistic approach we suppose that behavior change was the American strategy, this change of behavior is subject to changes in the focal point of the discourse of the Islamic Revolution and its gradual defeat in spite of maintaining its appearance and style, and therefore the real change in the behavior of the Islamic Republic will inevitably lead to the implementation of the scenario of regime change.}, keywords = {Islamic Revolution,Discourse,Changing System,Change Behavior,US Strategy}, title_fa = {راهبرد ایالات متحده در قبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران: از تغییر نظام تا تغییر رفتار (روایت اپوزیسیون فارسی زبان رسانه ای)}, abstract_fa = {رفتار غرب و دستگاه دیپلماسی و تبلیغاتی غرب در قبال جمهوری اسلامی نشان میدهد که ایالات متحده در برخورد با این نظام سیاسی، دست کم پنج راهبرد را پشت سر گذاشتهاند: راهبرد اول تلاش برای جلوگیری از وقوع انقلاب در سالهای منتهی به پیروزی آن در ایران است. راهبرد دوم، ارتباط گیری موثر با جریانات انقلابی موسوم به جریان معتدل در ماههای اولیه بعد از پیروزی (جریان ملیگرایی بازرگان) است. راهبرد سوم،  تلاش برای تغییر قهری نظام انقلابی از طریق جنگ سخت است، راهبرد چهارم، تلاش برای تغییر نرم نظام اسلامی است. راهبرد پنجم، تمرکز بر تغییر رفتار انقلابی ایران به جای تغییر نظام سیاسی است. راهبرد اخیر، زمانی ظهور و بروز مییابد که چهار راهبرد قبلی در کوتاه مدت، مجال عملیاتی شدن نمییابند. با این وصف، پرسش اصلی مقاله آن است که هدف نهایی آمریکا در برخورد با جمهوری اسلامی ایران، پیگیری عملی و موثر کدام راهبرد است: تغییر نظام یا تغییر رفتار؟ فرضیه اصلی مقاله، در چارچوب رویکرد منظومهای لاکلاو و موف در تحلیل گفتمان، آن است که حتی در صورتی که در رویکرد خوشبینانه تغییر رفتار را راهبرد آمریکاییها مفروض بگیریم، این تغییر رفتار به تغییراتی در نقطه کانونی گفتمان انقلاب اسلامی و شالوده شکنی تدریجی آن به رغم حفظ سبک و سیاق ظاهری آن به عنوان نظام سیاسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران خواهد انجامید و بنابراین تغییر واقعی رفتار جمهوری اسلامی لاجرم به  عملی شدن سناریوی تغییر نظام نیز خواهد انجامید.}, keywords_fa = {انقلاب اسلامی,گفتمان,تغییر نظام,تغییر رفتار,راهبرد ایالات متحده.  }, url = {https://www.roir.ir/article_62928.html}, eprint = {https://www.roir.ir/article_62928_b7fb5ade8017ed4e1a4c5ab3fe2c8349.pdf} }
