These revolutions, which are extremely exceptional and rare phenomena, develop certain critical tendencies and reactions to the international system and the rules governing the foreign policy of states that originate from their ideological or ideological foundations. Meanwhile, diplomacy and the existing diplomatic rules and norms are challenged by regimes which rise from the great revolutions, and they act against diplomatic conventions. The present study aims to explore how these orientations and actions and in its efforts to discover the mechanism of these behaviors, and seeks to discover and deduce similarities and parallels in the actions of the great revolutions in challenging diplomatic systems in the foreign arena and the structures of its diplomacy system inside the interior. The findings of this study show that all major revolutions have shown relatively similar behaviors in challenging the existing diplomatic rules and in restructuring of their foreign policy and diplomacy system. Indeed, the regimes of the great revolutions openly declare their views and goals about making fundamental changes in the principles of their foreign policy and their complete departure from the policies and behavior of the former regime.}, keywords = {Great Revolutions,Diplomacy,International System,Foreign Policy}, title_fa = {انقلاب‌های بزرگ و چالش دیپلماسی}, abstract_fa = {مطالعات تطبیقی اندکی در مورد ویژگیهای رفتاری انقلاب‌های بزرگ در حوزه دیپلماسی و سیاست خارجی صورت گرفته است. این انقلاب‌ها که پدیده‌هایی بشدت کمیاب و نادر هستند، گرایشات و کنشهای انتقادی خاصی را در ارتباط با نظام بینالمللی و قواعد حاکم بر رفتار خارجی دولتها در پیش میگیرند که از نگرشها و مبانی اعتقادی یا ایدئولوژیک آن‌ها سرچشمه میگیرند. در این میان، دیپلماسی و نرم‌ها و قواعد دیپلماتیک موجود، از سوی رژیم‌های برخاسته از انقلاب‌های بزرگ به چالش کشیده می‌شوند و رفتارها و کنشهایی خلاف عرف دیپلماتیک بعمل میآورند. پژوهش حاضر با هدف واکاوی چگونگی این جهتگیریها و اقدامات و درتلاش برای کشف مکانیسم این رفتارها، در صدد برآمده تا شباهتها و همسانیهایی را در کنشهای انقلاب‌های بزرگ در به چالش کشیدن نرم‌های دیپلماتیک در عرصه خارجی و ساختارهای دستگاه دیپلماسی آن‌ها در بعد داخلی کشف و استنتاج نماید. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان میدهند که همه انقلاب‌های بزرگ در به چالش کشیدن قواعد و نرم‌های دیپلماتیک موجود و تجدید ساختار دستگاه سیاست خارجی و دیپلماسی خود، رفتارهای نسبتا مشابهی را از خود بروز دادهاند. در واقع، رژیم‌های برخاسته از انقلاب‌های بزرگ، آشکارا به اعلام دیدگاهها و اهداف خود در خصوص ایجاد تحولاتی اساسی در مبانی و اصول و رفتار سیاست خارجی خود میپردازند و گسست کامل خود از سیاستها و رفتار خارجی رژیم سابق را خاطر نشان میسازند.   }, keywords_fa = {انقلاب‌های بزرگ,دیپلماسی,نظام بینالمللی,سیاست خارجی}, url = {https://www.roir.ir/article_82418.html}, eprint = {https://www.roir.ir/article_82418_df413fe13712291e9ffc9fc31f891fea.pdf} }
