As a result, there are many different perspectives on this issue. Among them is a view that considers the obligation of citizens to religious law to be the duty of the Islamic State. This view, just as it considers the Islamic government responsible for the welfare of the citizens, and its duty to ensure the welfare of the citizens, also considers the Islamic government responsible for the religious law of the citizens, and considers its efforts to implement the religious law in society in the best possible way.
