The constitution, as the most important legal document of each country, which forms the framework of the legal system of society, is the manifestation of such rights and values. With regard to human dignity, the constitution recognizes the various rights of the nation (civil, political, cultural, economic and social) and given the basis of these rights, it can be considered the Islamic human rights as a theorized model on the basis of Islamic values. This article asks the question of “how the status and type of explanation of the rights of the nation (human rights) in the constitution are explained?” In the hypothesis, it believes that the constitution, with an emphasis on human dignity and the rights of the nation as a divine-human assurance, is a particular pattern from the point of view of Islam. This article by a descriptive-analytical method, in the first section examines the main concepts such as human rights and human dignity. Then it addresses the dimensions of the attention of the Islamic Republic of Iran's constitution to human rights and its implications. با پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی در ایران شاهد شکل‌ گیری ساختاری از نظام حقوقی و حکومتی هستیم که بر اساس اصول و قوانین اسلامی پی ‌ریزی شده و مُبیّن پارادایمی است که حقوق ملت را بر مبنای ارزش‌­های دینی شکل داده است. قانون اساسی به عنوان مهم­‌ترین سند حقوقی هر کشور که چارچوب نظام حقوقی جامعه را شکل می­‌دهد، جلوه و منظر چنین حقوق و ارزش­‌هایی است. قانون اساسی با توجه به کرامت انسانی در اسلام حقوق مختلف (مدنی، سیاسی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی و اجتماعی) را برای ملت به رسمیت شناخته است، که با توجه به مبنای این حقوق، می‌­توان قائل به حقوق بشر اسلامی به مثابه الگویی تئوریزه شده بر اساس ارزش­‌های اسلامی شد. این مقاله با طرح این سؤال که جایگاه و نوع تبیین حقوق ملت (حقوق بشر) در قانون اساسی چگونه تبیین می‌­شود؟ در قالب فرضیه معتقد است که قانون اساسی با تأکید بر کرامت بشر و حقوق ملت به عنوان یک واجب الهی – انسانی نویدبخش الگویی خاصی از منظر اسلام است. این نوشتار با روش توصیفی – تحلیلی بعد از واکاوی مفاهیم اصلی مانند حقوق بشر و کرامت انسانی در بخش نخست به بررسی ابعاد توجه قانون اساسی جمهوری اسلامی ایران به حقوق بشر و مصادیق آن می‌­پردازد. https://www.roir.ir/article_62933_989a4588b0cfdcbec0e4e8d1a1f61d8b.pdf
