Journal Article 2018 06 03 The current article tries to provide an answer for this question: What are the meanings of theoretical and practical concepts of efficiency and viability in western theories of development and Iranian - Islamic model of<br />progress and what are their characteristics and distinctions? On the other hand, what solutions can be predicted and suggested to enhance the efficiency of the current system of Islamic republic of Iran? to provide a proper answer for above questions, it has been tried to first examine the concept of efficiency in some western theories for political development, ìcrisesî approach and ìsystemic structural functionalî approach and then discuss the concepts of efficiency and viability in Imam Ali's ('a) thought. These ideas have been compared later and through the study of supreme leader's<br />opinions and internal scholars' viewpoints, domestic and distinctive characteristics of efficiency in Iranian - Islamic model of development have been presented. مقاله حاضر، به دنبال پاسخ به این سؤال است که مفهوم نظری و عملی کارآمدی و کارایی در نظریات توسعه غربی و الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت به چه معنا و دارای چه شاخصه‌ها و تمایزاتی است و از سویی چه راهکارهایی برای افزایش کارآمدی نظام فعلی جمهوری اسلامی قابل پیش‌بینی و پیشنهاد است؟<br /> در راستای پاسخ به این سؤال تلاش شده است که مفهوم کارآمدی در برخی از نظریه‌های توسعه سیاسی غرب، نظریه بحران‌ها، نظریه کارکردگرای ساختاری سیستمی بررسی شده و آنگاه مفاهیم کارآمدی و کارایی در اندیشه امام علی× بحث گشته و سپس با مقارنه این آراء و با پرداختن به دیدگاه‌های مقام معظم رهبری و اندیشمندان داخلی، شاخصه‌های بومی و متمایز کارآمدی در الگوی اسلامی ایرانی پیشرفت ارائه گردد. https://www.roir.ir/article_63305_6fbf0850814379bf81634702bc605648.pdf
