Abstract How the foundations of a system are viewed justifies its rules and differentiates it from other systems therefore Islamic ruling system is not an exception. Theological and ideological foundations and roots leading to formation and establishment of Islamic Republic of Iran are the same theological foundations of pure Islam and Ahlul Bayt's (a) school. Islamic Republic of Iran enjoys such foundations as divine epistemology and divine ontology, human studies, studies on God (monotheism), studies of religion (unity of religion and politics), studies on infallible Imams’ (a) as well as theory of welayate faqih. These issues are discussed in the field of theology. Fundamental characteristic of this revolution and ruling system and its distinction from other revolutions is its being ideological and Islamic as well as its unparalleled divine leadership.

Abstract The current study intends to explore what strategies global arrogance applies for people and the ruling system in order to implement its domination in cultural arena. Findings of an investigation of Imam Khomeini's (PBUH) thoughts in this field indicates that the global arrogance applies strategies such as cultural and ideological dependence, feeling of inferiority, destruction of national role models, dampening national identity, infiltration into educational and training centers, devaluation of values, using capabilities of naïve people for their own interests, fostering disruption and separation among people to maintain their cultural domination. These strategies are recognizable and debatable in two levels of people and the ruling system.

Abstract Council and counseling in Islam and its role in the legitimacy of the ruler and large-scale decision-making mechanisms of the state and people's role in Islamic Republic of Iran is the main focus of this article. To this end, descriptive analysis has been applied to study the reasons for the council's role and the position of people's role in Islamic state and its legitimacy from Quran's viewpoint, traditions and the intellect as well as the advantages to reach out to counseling. Later with respect to people's position and role in Islamic Republic of Iran, this system has been introduced as an establishment of a religious democracy without expecting to have liberal democracy similar to secular systems.

Abstract From supreme leader's viewpoint, the culture of altruism and martyrdom as a source of social asset has a high ranking position in the progress of Islamic Iran and has caused the reinforcement and progress of Islamic Republic of Iran. Findings indicate that, after the victory of Islamic revolution of Iran, the culture of altruism and martyrdom as a source of social asset in Islam has played an effective role in the preservation and reinforcement of Islamic system, providing dignity and independence of the country, and has been an effective element to identify and fight enemies and a factor of resistance and victory in holy defense years. This culture has also caused progress of Iran through different components of the culture of altruism and martyrdom in different aspects such as economic, scientific, military and international aspects.

Abstract The collapse of former Soviet Union can be obviously considered as the elimination of one of the historical threats for Iran's security. However, this geopolitical transformation has entailed some security threats for Iran; some of these developments in the domain of southern Caucasia will be mentioned in this article. 
Analysis of Islamic Republic of Iran's foreign policy in southern Caucasia is very essential and important, with respect to Iran's geopolitical position and its long political-cultural presence in southern Caucasia, Iran's historical bonds with regional countries, and opportunities and threats existing in this region by regional countries and neighboring competing powers as well as interfering supra-regional countries.

Abstract The greatest challenge of this age known as the age of modernity is the crisis of meaning. The type of power and necessities of state law under these circumstances are the same type of "meaning" and its underlying component is "ideationalism”. Thus the current article claims that Islamic revolution of Iran as the reviver of revelation thinking with two characteristics of meaning creation (based on its religious foundations) and rejection of modernism in knowledge has provided necessary prerequisites for the interaction between value, knowledge and power creation that we call unity between hawza and universities.

Abstract This article is comprised of two main inquiries: What are the opportunities and challenges faced by Iran in new Iraq? How are the prospects of Iran-Iraq relations rated? Two indexes of (opportunities and challenges) as an independent variable and level of cooperation, relation and prospects of two countries have been studied as dependent variables. In other words, the more opportunities are exploited in current circumstances, the less tension creating elements such as the penetration of extremist groups in Iraq will happen. On the other hand, if more foreign players penetrate Iraq, the ground will be paved for security, economic and more important cultural barriers that are fundamental elements for Islamic Republic of Iran.

Abstract The most important strategy of Soft War is to exert impact on public opinion. In this ideological confrontation, academic centers are of special priority. The perpetrators of this war intend to transform the atmosphere of universities from a scientific atmosphere where the introduction of different ideas helps flourish talents, into an atmosphere of dispute to destroy religious, cultural, national and ethnic beliefs. 
Therefore officials should neutralize psychological offensives and to scientifically and journalistically answer their questions with a defensive stance, along with prudence, programming and reinforcement of scientific power as well as university students' religious and cultural beliefs.
