The article argues that the central signifier of the discourse is the role-orientation of the anti-domination system and the rest of the signifiers as great jihad, active resistance, heroic flexibility and strategic action, change in the geometry of world power and the formation of a new Islamic order logically around it. . Also, the foreign policy discourse of revolutionary theory has been separated by using the discursive and textual elements of Shiite political jurisprudence, the upstream documents and the constitution of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the ideas of Imam Khomeini and Ayatollah Khamenei who have the myths and mentality of Iranian society. Shaped has provided credit for Iran's public arena and foreign policy.
