Abstract

The challenge of building an efficient Islamic state is in the second step of the Islamic Revolution. The main question: What is the challenge of building efficient employment in the second step of the Islamic Revolution? Sub-questions: Why? What is? How? Default: efficient government building in the second step of the Islamic Revolution, the top challenge, Iranian Islamic modeling of progress, strategy and modern Islamic civilization, is the vision of the second step of the Islamic Revolution of Iran.
