همگرایی منطقه‌ای از چشم انداز رهبران انقلاب اسلامی و ارائه مدلی برای منطقه‌شدن

Abstract

با وجود اهمیت مناطق در ساختار قدرت جهانی، مطالعات مربوط به منطقه در ایران هنوز همپای اهمیت مناطق پیشرفت نکرده و منطقه و کشورهای منطقه نتوانسته جذابیت چندانی برای محافل علمی و پژوهشی و همینطور نهادهای تصمیم‌گیری ایجاد کند، این در حالی است که بررسی بیانات رهبران انقلاب اسلامی و همینطور قانون اساسی نشان‌دهنده اولویت منطقه و همسایگان در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. پرسش پیش روی مقاله این است که اهمیت منطقه در ذهنیت رهبران انقلاب اسلامی و قانون اساسی را از چه منظری می‌توان تحلیل کرد و چگونه می‌توان در قالب یک مدل نظری فرایند شکل گیری منطقه را توضیح داد؟ پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل محتوای کیفی بیانات رهبران انقلاب- حضرت امام و ایت الله خامنه‌ای - و همینطور اصول مرتبط در قانون اساسی از مفاهیم همسایگی، برادری و امت در تحلیل اهمیت منطقه بهره برده و فرایند منطقه‌شدن را در چهار مرحله توضیح داده است.
