Speech acts of Ayatollah MesbahYazdi in the process of Islamic revolution Case study: journals Besat and Entegham

Abstract

This article seeks to historical analysis of Ayatollah MohammadTaqi MesbahYazdi’s political activities in the early years of the formation of Imam Khomeini’s opposition movement of against the Pahlavi’s government. In this study, we tried using intention’s hermeneutics that is the Quentin Skinner''''''''s approach to review the works of Ayatollah Mesbah from 1964 to 1966, to check intended of his speech acts. this paradigm is focused on author’s Intention of political and theoretical formulations in his works and books to understand he in his political action faced which articulation of political ideas and to know he promoting or criticizing which ideas and dialoguing which thinker. This article assumes that Mr. MesbahYazdi that was student of Allameh Tabatabai’s Philosophy and was the followers of Imam Khomeini''''''''s political thought; After start political protests of Imam Khomeini and his followers against the Pahlavi’s government, wrote a series of articles on the promotion of radical Islam in the Besat’s journal. he separated of this journal and founded the Entegham’s journal, after disagreement with followers of Ayatollah Shariatmadari. His speech acts in this journal on traditionalism’s Covenant language of seminary at question and answer with Conservatism of Ayatollah Shariatmadari’s approach, to promote Imam Khomeini’s radical Islam.
