Abstract
Quran, the basic source of Islamic political thought or religion, sociopolitical and realistic, but it's recognized political power of unlimited power and eternal divine power and the confirmation of the types and sources of power that can be converted into each other and the special nature within the specified power and drawn transparent for various mechanisms to increase their effectiveness on the job. This article is in response to the question of the most appropriate and effective mechanism to increase the political power of the Holy Quran What? Tries to prove the hypothesis that the Koran relying on the material and spiritual life of man, both structured and unstructured mechanisms to
be combined together to care and share with each of the two elements of knowledge and the ability to increase and efficiency reserves.
