Abstract
With a brief look at the history of Iran-Iraq relations and considering this fact that cultural relations and political relations should be differentiated, this article studies a theory that says the more cultural relations and as a result more social relations between two nations, the more political convergence among the states. Applying library method and hypothesis testing and inspired by Karl Deutschís theory, this article tries to find the impacts of cultural relations on political relations (case study of Iran and Iraq).
