Abstract
People's cultural and ideological power and scientific efficacy exert a remarkable effect on efficacy and quality of workflow and final production in an enterprise. General culture is among the determining elements in the general management of the societies and overall management of different parts of the society in such a way that investment to enhance general culture is considered as one of the important necessities. Based on this fact, the current article first presents a definition of general culture and then explains components of general culture and its challenges.
