Abstract
One of the components of modern governance whose implementation functions can lead to a favorable result in the progress and development of countries is privatization. In 1996, about 71% of the country's gross domestic product (that is, 71% of Iran's economy) was at the disposal of the government and 29% of it was at the disposal of the private sector, public sector and cooperatives. The statistics show that privatization in Iran has a flawed process that the lack of regulation for it has led to the immediate decisions of various governments to make it clear that political research in this area is a big loss. This research seeks the pathology of applied policies using library and documentary data in a descriptive-analytical method with thematic analysis. The general results of the research indicate that the damages of privatization in Iran from 1368 to 1396 based on the three-pronged analysis model (Ahranjani) and Delphi survey in the order of environmental damages with an equivalent average; 4/16; behavioral (content) damages, with an equivalent average; 4.07 and structural damage, with an equivalent average; It is 4/04. This means that the main problem in the implementation and implementation of privatization policies in the country from 1368 to 1396 are environmental or contextual issues that include; It is the external environment and conditions that caused behavioral and structural factors.
