Abstract با وجود اهمیت مناطق در ساختار قدرت جهانی، مطالعات مربوط به منطقه در ایران هنوز همپای اهمیت مناطق پیشرفت نکرده و منطقه و کشورهای منطقه نتوانسته جذابیت چندانی برای محافل علمی و پژوهشی و همینطور نهادهای تصمیم‌گیری ایجاد کند، این در حالی است که بررسی بیانات رهبران انقلاب اسلامی و همینطور قانون اساسی نشان‌دهنده اولویت منطقه و همسایگان در سیاست خارجی جمهوری اسلامی ایران است. پرسش پیش روی مقاله این است که اهمیت منطقه در ذهنیت رهبران انقلاب اسلامی و قانون اساسی را از چه منظری می‌توان تحلیل کرد و چگونه می‌توان در قالب یک مدل نظری فرایند شکل گیری منطقه را توضیح داد؟ پژوهش حاضر با بهره‌گیری از تحلیل محتوای کیفی بیانات رهبران انقلاب- حضرت امام و ایت الله خامنه‌ای - و همینطور اصول مرتبط در قانون اساسی از مفاهیم همسایگی، برادری و امت در تحلیل اهمیت منطقه بهره برده و فرایند منطقه‌شدن را در چهار مرحله توضیح داده است.

Abstract Political competition, which is called the struggle of political rivals for political power, has always been discussed by experts because of its role in strengthening and efficiency or swaying and weakening the political system.
The purpose of this study is to obtain the answer to the question "What is the nature, principles and principles of political competition in Imam Khomeini's (as) thought", so that political competition at the level of the Islamic Revolution can be drawn and engineered.
Method: This study collected its data using the documentary-library method and focused on the content of books, lectures, messages and orders and socio-political positions of Imam Khomeini (ra), described and explained. And put analysis.

Abstract This article intends to explain the role of avoiding division and cooperation of Islamic countries in establishing a single Islamic nation. The first axis of the article emphasizes the role of avoiding separatism and aggression against each other in the Islamic world, and the second axis is the cooperation that must be achieved in the Islamic world in order to achieve a single Islamic nation. These two axes are the first steps that must be taken to achieve a single Islamic nation. Avoiding division includes avoiding the five main causes of division in the Islamic Ummah, namely war, terror, Takfir (excommunication from Islamic Ummah), conflict and controversy. Cooperation between Islamic countries includes two topics of confronting the common enemy, and benevolence and friendship with Muslims. Each of these two axes has components that are described in this article. In each case, after the description, the textual evidence of each of them is discussed. Abstract One of the main concerns of the agents of any government is the development and improvement of governance in the field of society and politics. Over the past few centuries, various schools have tried to respond to it according to their ideological foundations and political and social conditions and determine strategies to achieve it. . Iran has been on the path of progress over the past two centuries and has had successful and unsuccessful experiences in this field. After the Islamic Revolution of Iran, it was tried to formulate development plans, unlike in the past, which were not prescribed and came out of the needs, ideals of the Islamic Revolution and national interests. This research, based on the data theory of foundation and the method of interrogation, tries to answer the question of how the theory of political progress can be explained in the thought of Ayatollah Khamenei?
The research findings show that the theory of political progress is based on epistemological foundations and political and social contexts during the realization of a long-term process based on discourse, school management, culture, identity and rationality that results in an efficient political system and a transformed society. An efficient political system based on justice, meritocracy, accountability and oversight, and a transformational society based on freedom and political and social equality, belief, and the existence of parties, and non-governmental organizations, spirituality and ethics; Obstacles to political progress are divided into two categories: structural and behavioral. The goal of political progress is to achieve a new Islamic civilization.

Abstract The flourishing of human inner capabilities through cultivating and trimming the barriers of education is the main approach of the Qur'an in community building and individualization. By recognizing the angles of human existence, God has used different methods in teaching and cultivation with the aim of internalizing religious and educational teachings. The most important of these methods in the field of moral education of the individual and society is limited to four educational methods. The Loghmani rule is the conduit for telling the story of different ethnic groups and the basis of the moral education of the Islamic society in the verses of the Qur'an. The Imams of the Islamic Revolution of Iran, while fully aware of the educational methods of the Qur'an and its effective processes in the socialization and individual education of the Islamic Ummah, with the maximum benefit of this rule, play an effective role in strengthening the beliefs of individuals and victory over enemies. Abstract Despite the efforts of thinkers to obtain a Qur'anic explanation of the nature of the Islamic Revolution and the future ahead, there is still a comprehensive explanatory gap and the Qur'an-builders of this great phenomenon. The present study is based on the re-examination of the category of "Hezbollah" in the context of the verse of Velayat and has tried to provide a continuous reading of this context, which faces challenges in the Shiite interpretation. Contemplation in these verses illuminates the evolutionary process during which God develops a nation on a path, strengthens Shiite culture and civilization in it, and forms a government following a change in values. At some point in this evolution, God benefits this people from special gifts with wide-ranging effects, and then, with the transnational expansion of these gifts, he forms "Hezbollah" in the circle of Tula towards the saints introduced in the verse of Wilayah. On this basis, the apocalyptic society of the Shiites is a structured and organized society that continues to move with authority, benefiting from the special gifts of God, is constantly victorious, and escapes from all the events and seditions of the apocalypse. In the position of a speculation, by adapting the characteristics mentioned in this context to the history of Iranian developments, according to the narrative discourse, Iranians can be considered as examples of this people. On this basis, a Qur'anic explanation of the nature and future of the Islamic Revolution can be provided, according to which the Islamic Revolution is on the verge of benefiting from God's special gifts and transition to a powerful, structured Shiite world community called Hezbollah.

Abstract حکومت اسلامی براساس مبانی و ارزش‌های اسلامی پایه‌گذاری شده است که هدایت کننده جامعه بر اساس اصول اسلامی است و دین در متن جامعه در ابعاد مختلف حکومتی نقش اصلی دارد. در مقابل این مفهوم، معنای دیگری نیز قابل تصور است و آن هم عرفی‌شدن حکومت است که در مبانی آن دین از متن جامعه به حاشیه رانده می‌شود و قانون صرف بشری بر جامعه حکمفرما می‌گردد. در این مقاله از میان متفکران مسلمان مخالف سکولاریسم به اندیشه آیت‌الله مطهری پرداخته می شود. سوال اصلی مطرح شده این است که از نگاه آیت الله مطهری عوامل عرفی شدن نظام سیاسی کدامند؟ روش به کارگرفته شده روش تحلیل مضمون است. یافته‌های پژوهش نشان می دهد که در اندیشه شهید مطهری، عوامل ایجاد و گسترش عرفی شدن نظام سیاسی در ذات دین ریشه ندارد؛ بلکه ناشی از انحراف فکری و انحراف عملکرد مسلمین(تحجر- عدم شاخت صحیح مبانی دینی- تفسیر غلط- انزوای روحانیت و...) و نفوذ استعمار است.

On this basis, the view of an emerging power like China is not the same as compared to countries like America. Although this difference of view does not change the principles and goals of Iran's foreign policy, logically, benefiting from the many capacities of an emerging power such as China, which, unlike the United States, does not have a history of dominating Iran, is prioritized. An important issue that is important considering the implementation of the 25-year program of joint cooperation between Iran and China. The basic issue in this regard is that considering the predominance of cultural attitudes in the political thought of the founder of the Islamic Republic in the realization of the civilizational goals of the Islamic Revolution, what software priorities should Iran's foreign policy towards China have? Accordingly, the idea of resistance as one of the most important pillars of Imam Khomeini's political thought is rooted in the life of the Holy Prophet (PBUH) and the uprising of Imam Hussein (AS) and with components such as; Anti-oppression, anti-arrogance, jihadist spirit and revival and strengthening of religious identity; From the beginning of the victory of the Islamic Revolution until now has helped us to face many difficult and aggressive conditions of the enemies. Abstract This article seeks to examine the relationship between political order and bureaucracy with the development of the Pahlavi period. The development of Iran in the Qajar period, due to the increase in international relations and the imposition of Western state contracts on Iran, was considered by the bureaucratic elites, and steps were taken in state-building, but did not lead to development. The Pahlavi government was established with increasing political irregularities throughout the country. Due to political irregularities in different parts of the country, the bureaucratic elites of the first Pahlavi state put state-building in their plans to increase government control throughout the country. In state-building, they sought to establish a centralized state with an efficient bureaucracy, an modern education system, and modern military forces. The second Pahlavi also made efforts in this direction, but their efforts did not lead to development, and finally Reza Shah fell with the attacks of the Allies and Mohammad Reza Shah fell with the victory of the Islamic Revolution. This article seeks to identify the reasons for the lack of development of the Pahlavi period in spite of the efforts made by the bureaucratic elites of the Pahlavi state using Fukuyama's theory of political order and decline.
Due to the political irregularities in the late Qajar period, the bureaucratic elites of the Pahlavi state planned state-building to increase government control throughout the country, but the Pahlavi state-building was not welcomed by social forces. The priority of the social forces was democratic accountability and the rule of law, which led to political irregularities and the lack of development of the Pahlavi period.

Abstract In the Age of Enlightenment, theories moved in the direction that scientific replaced myths. If mythology has been the result of the ideas of man in each of the past periods. Some twentieth-century theories have also suggested that human discoveries are one of the reasons for redefining new myths according to the structure of today's world. also, creating national harmony is always one of the issues for the advancement of governments, including the political system of our country. Myths are instructions through which they react to their political and social world and in most societies evoke a single identity. Therefore, the Islamic Republic of Iran, in an effort to achieve its Islamic and Iranian goals, can achieve the national unity by using the character of Shahid Soleimani as a national myth. The purpose of this article is to investigate the effect of national myths on national harmony with the case study of Shahid Qassem Soleimani. In this regard, for qualitative research and documentary analysis method, the use of relevant sources to collect information has been used. According to the findings of the article, one of the other national capacities and capitals of Iran is Shahid Soleimani, and by examining the reaction of different groups after the martyrdom of Soleimani, we will find their empathy and solidarity. Shahid Soleimani is the connecting point of social and political groups that can play a role as a national myth in political and social goals and programs. The emergence of this national solidarity has reasons that will be revealed in the study of the personality and behavioral manifestations of Shahid Soleimani.
