الگوی اجرایی شاخص های گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی در مدیریت جانشین پروری

چکیده

هدف: بیانیه گام دوم انقلاب اسلامی متنی است که هم زمان با چهلمین سالگرد پیروزی انقلاب اسلامی توسط مقام معظم رهبری منتشر شد. با توجه به اهمیت مدیریت و جانشن پروری و تاکید آن در بیانیه گام دوم، بررسی شاخص های گام دوم در جانشین پروری ضروری می نماید. پژوهش فعلی با هدف ارزیابی شاخص های گام دوم انقلاب در جانشین پروری و تدوین الگوی مرتبط انجام شد. محل انجام پژوهش مرکز آمار ایران و معاونتهای آمار و اطلاعات در سازمان مدیریت و برنامه ریزی استانها بودکه با یک مطالعه تفسیری-استقرایی صورت گرفت.
روش شناسی: ارزیابی های این مطالعه توسعه ای و با روش آمیخته اکتشافی بود که قسمت کیفی پژوهش، با استفاده از مصاحبه و روش تحلیل مضمون، به منظور ساخت الگو و قسمت کمّی، با استفاده از پرسشنامه و روش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی، به منظور برازش و اعتبارسنجی آن انجام شد. جامعه آماری در بخش کیفی، خبرگان دانشگاهی مسلط به موضوع و تجربی در مرکز آمار و در بخش کمی، کارکنان مرتبط مرکز آمار بودند. برای جمع آوری داده ها از مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها بصورت آمیخته و با روش تحلیل مضمون در بخش کیفی از تکنیک مصاحبه، کدگذاری داده ها و احصا الگوی اولیه و در بخش کمی بعد از جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق پرسشنامه و انجام آزمون های آماری، مدل نهایی استخراج شد.
یافته ها و نتیجه گیری: یافته ها حاکی از این بود که شاخص های احصا شده از گام دوم انقلاب عبارتند از شایستگی های فردی، شایستگی های معنوی، شایستگی های ارتباطی و مدیریتی و ارزش ها و اعتقادات و در این بین شایستگی های فردی بالاترین جایگاه را در مقایسه با سایر شایستگی ها به خود اختصاص داد.

چکیده [English]

Purpose: The statement of the second step of the Islamic Revolution is a text that was published by the Supreme Leader at the same time as the 40th anniversary of the victory of the Islamic Revolution. Considering the importance of management and succession and its emphasis in the statement of the second step, it is necessary to examine the indicators of the second step in succession. The current research conducted to evaluate the indicators of the second step of the revolution in succession and developing a related model. The place of the research was Iran Statistics Center and Information Vice-Chancellors in the Management and Planning Organization, with an interpretative-inductive study.
Methodology: The evaluations of this study were a developmental and exploratory mixed method in which the qualitative part of the research, using interviews and thematic analysis method, in order to create a pattern, and the quantitative part, using a questionnaire. The statistical community in the qualitative section was academic experts who are proficient in the subject and experienced in the statistics center, and in the quantitative section, the relevant staff of the statistics center. A semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect data. To analyze the data in a mixed manner and with thematic analysis method in the qualitative part of the interview technique, data coding and statistics of the initial model and in the quantitative part after collecting information through questionnaires and performing statistical tests, the final model was extracted.
Findings and conclusions: the indicators counted from the second step of the revolution include individual competencies, spiritual competencies, communication and management competencies, and values and beliefs, and among these, individual competencies have the highest position compared to other merits.
