واکاوی و تحلیل منویات مقام معظم رهبری در حوزه صنعت طی بازه زمانی 1400-1368: پژوهشی کیفی بر مبنای تحلیل محتوا

چکیده

صنعتی شدن و توسعه صنعتی از شروط لازم برای پیشرفت اقتصادی و زمینه ساز تحولات ساختاری گسترده در حوزه های اقتصادی و فنآوری است . باتوجه به اینکه صنعت نقش بی بدیلی در توسعه اقتصادی کشور ایفا می‌کند هدف این پژوهش جمع بندی بیانات و تبیین گفتمان رهبر معظم انقلاب در حوزه‌ی صنعت است. بنابراین این پژوهش به دنبال این است که پی به بیشترین تأکیدات مقام معظم رهبری در بیاناتشان پیرامون صنعت برده و مشخص کند که بیشترین دغدغه رهبر عالی کشور در حوزه صنعت مربوط به چه موضوعاتی است. این پژوهش بر مبنای رویکرد کیفی و با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا صورت گرفته است. داده‌های مورد نیاز برای این پژوهش، با استفاده از جستجوی موضوعی کلید واژه‌های پژوهش و اعمال پروتکل پژوهش در بین بیانات رهبر معظم انقلاب استخراج و سپس به روش آمیخته (کیفی: تحلیل محتوا-کمی: آمار توصیفی) تجزیه و تحلیل گردید. جامعه آماری شامل تمامی بیانات حضرت آیت الله خامنه‌ای طی سال‌های 1368 تا 1400 است؛ بنابراین جامعه و نمونه بر هم منطبق می‌باشند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که در بیانات مقام معظم رهبری، مقوله‌های کلان «حمایت از تولید داخلی» ، «ارتباط صنعت و دانشگاه» و «حرکت به سمت استقلال صنعتی در راستای خودکفایی اقتصادی» بیشترین وزن و اهمیت را به خود اختصاص داده‌اند.

Industrialization and industrial development is one of the necessary conditions for economic progress and the basis for extensive structural changes in the economic and technological fields. Considering that the industry plays an irreplaceable role in the economic development of the country, the purpose of this research is to summarize the statements and explain the speeches of the Leader of Islamic revolution in the field of industry. Therefore, this research seeks to find out the most emphatic of the Leader of Islamic revolution in his statements about industry and to determine what issues the Leader of Islamic revolution is most concerned about in the field of industry. This research is based on qualitative approach and using content analysis method. The data required for this research were extracted by using the thematic search of research keywords and applying the research protocol among the statements of the Leader of Islamic revolution and then analyzed using a mixed method (qualitative: content analysis-quantitative: descriptive statistics). The statistical population includes all the statements of Ayatollah Khamenei during the years 1368 to 1400; Therefore, the society and the sample coincide. The results indicate that in the statements of the Leader of Islamic revolution, the major categories of "supporting domestic production", "industry and university connection" and "moving towards industrial independence in the direction of economic self-sufficiency" have the most weight and importance.
