پیامدهای انقلاب اسلامی ایران بر نظام سیاسی کویت

چکیده
کویت، سرزمینی کوچک در کرانه‌های خلیج‌فارس می‌‌باشد که به دلیل موقعیت ژئوپولیتیکی خود، همواره یکی از کنشگران مهم منطقه‌ی ‌غرب آسیا و از جمله کشورهای اثرگذار بر روابط سه دولت اسلامی یعنی ایران، عربستان و عراق بوده است. در جریانات انقلاب پنجاه و هفت، دولت کویت یکی از بازیگران تاثیر پذیر و تاثیر گذار بوده است. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی در صدد پاسخ به این پرسش است که جوانب و میزان نقش‌آفرینیِ این شیخ‌نشین در فرآیند سقوط حکومت پهلوی و شکل‌گیری نظام جمهوری اسلامی چگونه بوده است؟. هدف اصلی این مقاله تبیین اثرگذاری انقلاب اسلامی ایران بر جامعه سیاسی کویت از زمان آغاز نهضت امام خمینی تا پایان جنگ هشت ساله می باشد. یافته‌ها و شواهد این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که کویت به عنوان نقطه‌ی تلاقیِ سه ایدئولوژی تشیع، وهابیت و تسنن؛ رویکرد نسبتاً ملایمی در قبال مخالفان حکومت پهلوی داشته است بنا‌براین ملجا بسیاری از فعالین سیاسی ایرانی بوده و بستر مناسبی را برای اشاعه‌ی تفکر انقلابیون فراهم نموده است. با شکل‌گیری نظام جمهوری اسلامی ایران و طرح مسأله‌ی کلیدی صدور انقلاب، مخالفین آل‌صباح و در رأس آن‌ها شیعیان کویت، تحرکات مبارزاتی خود را گسترش داده و متأثر از آموزه‌های انقلاب اسلامی، آشکارا به رویارویی با دولت کویت پرداختند که این امر موجب واکنش شدید حکومت آل‌صباح گردید. سرکوب جنبش‌های شیعی همانند قیام مسجد شعبان به دست نیروهای امنیتی کویت، سلب تابعیت شماری از مخالفین این شیخ‌نشین توسط دولت کویت و در پایان همراهی آل‌صباح با عراق در جنگ علیه ایران را باید در همین راستا تفسیر نمود.

چکیده English

Kuwait, a small country in littoral of the Persian Gulf because of its geopolitical position, it has always been one of the important actors in the west of Asia and including the countries affecting the relations of three Islamic governments Iran, Saudi Arabia and Iraq. In the events the fifty- seven revolution, This research study is done by descriptive- analytical to answer this question, what is the role of this sheikhdom in the process of the collapse of Pahlavi regime and the formation of the Islamic republic Iran? The main purpose of this paper is to explain the impact of Islamic revolution on the political community of Kuwait since the start of the Imam Khomeini movement until the end of the Iran- Iraq war. Discoveries and historical evidence of this paper indicates that Kuwait as the Confluence of the three ideologies of Shiite, Wahhabism and Sunnism; a relatively soft approach of the opponents of the Pahlavi regime, as it has been a strong approach to Iranian political activists and provides a proper platform to spread the thought of the revolutionaries. In the form of the Islamic republic of Iran and The statement of the important issue of the issuance of the revolution, the opponents of Al- Sabah and at the head of the Shiite protest of Kuwait, spread their campaign movements and influenced the teaching of Islamic revolution, which led to a strong response from the Al- Sabah and at the head of the Shiite protests, the opponents of Al- Sabah government. The suppression of Shiite movements such as the Shaaban Mosque uprising by the Kuwaiti security forces, the denial of the citizenship of a number of opponents in the Sheikdom by the end of Al- Sabah with Iraq in the war against Iran must be interpreted in this regard.
