The present research has descriptive- analytic approach. The research findings indicate that Imam Khomeini had a key and central role in Islamic awakening. Relying on Islamic values and self confidence of Muslims all over the world and their resistance against global hegemonic systems, he has called Muslims for empathy and sympathy and has always considered the thread of colonialism.
Role of Imam Khomeini (RH) in Islamic Awakening And Uprising Against Global Hegemonic system
Transformational intellectual leadership has played a major role in development of practical approach to uprising against hegemonic system. At the time when global hegemonic system has expanded and imposed its intellectual, cultural, political and economic dominance all over the world and all schools of the world have bowed against arrogant hegemony, Imam Khomeini (RH),s practical strategies and genuine Islamic leadership could change views toward human and society and pose both fundamental theoretical and practical challenges for hegemonic system.
