With an emphasis on Imam Khomeini's opinions, this article discusses techniques of internal and external supervision in Islamic government. It has extracted and discussed comprehensive techniques out of his opinions in the field of external supervision. While mentioning internal techniques such as piety, knowledge, justice etc. this article mentions techniques presented in the field of external supervision. These external techniques will be brought up under the title of general and structural techniques.
